Indonesia-United Nations Draft Cooperation Framework 2026-2030

The United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework 2025–2029 will mark a new chapter in the UN’s longstanding partnership with the Government of Indonesia. It lays out a shared strategy to accelerate progress on Indonesia’s national development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reflecting our joint commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and resilience.
Co-created through broad consultations — from ministries and civil society to youth, women, and persons with disabilities — the Cooperation Framework aligns closely with Indonesia’s national plan and long-term vision of becoming an advanced, green, and high-income country. It outlines how the UN system will work across three core outcomes: strengthening human development and inclusion, advancing climate action and resilience, and supporting digital and economic transformation. It also emphasizes innovative financing, strong public-private partnerships, and support for local and subnational leadership.
